Celebrating Ikebana for Everybody
An Exhibit in Harmony and Happiness

Ikebana is a Japanese style of flower arrangement. It has been practiced for more than 600 years. Now millions of people practice ikebana all over the world as a way to balance modern life. Ikebana is for Everybody. You are all invited to come enjoy this special event including the Ikebana exhibit, demonstration, Ikebana for kids workshop, and to meet with Ikebana enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Ikebana Demonstration: May 17, 2pm
Ikebana sensei and Master Margot Wang will demonstrate several signature styles for people to witness how flowers interact with nature, space and human beings.
Ikebana for Kids workshop: May 18, 2pm
Hands-on experience for children to construct a basic arrangement style. All materials are provided and children can take home their flower creations.
